The number of Berghia nudibranchs you need depends on the size of your aquarium and size of your aiptasia infestation. Based on our experience, we recommend a minimum of 1 Berghia per 50 litres of water, with at least 2 individuals per tank.

Adding more Berghia can speed up Aiptasia control and increases the chances of them finding each other to breed within your aquarium. We only supply aquacultured Berghia Nudibranchs, carefully selected before sale. 

Compatability: Berghia Nudibranchs are reef safe and will not harm corals or other reef livestock. However, they may be eaten by some fish and invertebrates, especially wrasses, butterflyfish, filefish, peppermint shrimp, and other predatory or curious tank mates. For best results, check compatibility before adding Berghia to your aquarium and introduce them when the lights are off to reduce predation.
